How to backup your workspace

  • Locate workspace directory: Deskzilla workspace, JIRA Client workspace
  • Stop JIRA Client or Deskzilla if it is running.
  • Use any backup tool or operating system's copy command to make a copy of the workspace directory with all contents, including subfolders.
